World Mental Health Day

Today, Sisters Hospitallers celebrate the World Mental Health Day supporting initiatives that fight against the stigma associated with mental illness.

Our Congregation, founded 136 years ago, is committed to deliver a professional and human service throughout an extensive network of health centres present in 25 countries –in Europe, South America, Africa and Asia, to the mentally ill.

We continue to develop the hospitaller mission of our founder, St Benedict Menni, who took care of the mentally ill not only through medical attention but also with human and Christian care.

Open Forum on 28th October: Will personalised medicine be the future of mental health?
